Hiand thank you for viewing this sale! This sale is for a Vintage Beautiful Porcelain Cybis “Madonna with Bluebird”!!! This sale as stated is for afigurine by Cybis. It is the “Madonna with Bluebird”. The young woman has avery serene gentle face with her hands both up, on the one is perched a tinylittle bluebird who looks directly at the Madonna’s face, fully relaxed toremain on her hand. It is signed on the back with the name of Cybis. All handpainted. It is mounted on a wood base. The condition of the figurine itself isit is free from cracks, repairs, etc. However under close examination there isa spot of glue at the edge of the blouse possibly when they glued the felt ontothe bottom of the piece itself.. The wood base has some flaws, inconsistentstaining, and one corner on the back is slightly damaged. It is in the matte bisque finish. The figurineitself measures approximately 11-1/2” tall x 8-3/4” wide x 7-1/2” long. Thebase itself measures 7-1/2” long x 5-3/4: wide x 1-1/4” tall. It does not comewith the original box. It will be wrapped with care for delivery. A veryvintage and collectible item. This will make a terrific gift your specialsomeone or for yourself. Winning buyer pays for shipping.
