Purchased the blue model as described in the description but was sent the green color. Seller said he would ship me the correct one but when it came the seal had been broken on it when the description said brand new unopened box. Also, one of the scissor doors does not close, so it was damaged. Seller has 97.5 rating so shame on me for giving him a chance. I have pictures to prove all this and I hate when they play games and try to get over on you. I paid him as soon as he accepted my offer.

This is a very sad thing to do a seller with positive feedback. I have offered to make this whole and refunded, but you have ignored my messages and have decided to keep the product and not go through the return / refund process. You should perhaps follow the rules on refund / return for ruining someones business account.
