12 Vintage Shiny Brite UFO Tornado Lantern Drop Striped Glass Ornaments Lot:
$345.00
Beautiful lot of 12 vintage striped glass Christmas ornaments in the sought-after UFO, Tornado, and Lantern (also called Flashlight) shapes. All 12 ornaments feature the same distinctive shape, with colorful stripes and a classic mid-century Christmas look. They come in their original box.
Approximately half of the ornaments are in exceptionally beautiful condition, with bright, vibrant colors and no exterior paint loss. These have some age-related loss to the interior silvering (amalgam). The remaining ornaments show varying degrees of exterior paint wear, including paint cracks, crackling, and some flaking.
All glass ornaments are intact, with no cracks in the glass, and all metal caps are present.
Original box condition: The bottom of the box is in excellent condition. The lid has marker writing, some damage along one edge with a small missing piece, and a few corners that have come unglued.
Please examine all photos carefully for the exact condition of each ornament and the box. Photos are part of the description.
