This early industrial-era letter discusses the performance of a water-powered wheel, evaluating its RPMs, weight load, water pressure, and operational efficiency.
The writer explains difficulties achieving the expected 10 revolutions per minute, noting that when the wheel had minimal weight it operated tolerably, but heavier loads significantly reduced performance.
