Antique 1900s Women Tree Group Yard Snapshot Photo 3.25x4.25 Sepia Gelatin OrigOriginal antique early 1900s sepia-tone snapshot photograph on gelatin-silver paper depicting three young women perched together in the branches of a leafy tree.
The trio stands closely on sturdy limbs, dressed in light blouses and dark skirts, holding onto the trunk and surrounding branches as foliage frames their faces against a bright background.
In the distance a smooth wall, shadows of neighboring trees, and a vertical post or pole suggest a domestic yard or garden setting in an American residential neighborhood.
The small horizontally oriented print is on single-weight photo paper with narrow borders; the reverse side is plain photo stock bearing several large handwritten pencil letters.
A separate handwritten reference slip pictured with the photograph notes 3.25 x 4.25 inches as an approximate size guide for the print.
Actual Measurements: ≈ 3.25" x 4.25".
The listing is for one loose, unmounted and unframed original photograph only; any brass display stand, handwritten reference slip, or other props visible in the listing images are used solely for scale and presentation and are not included.
Condition: Original antique early 1900s sepia-tone gelatin-silver snapshot photograph on paper with typical handling and storage wear from age and use. Image surface shows mild overall age toning, scattered fine specks, and light surface scuffs visible under angled light. A pronounced horizontal fold crease runs across the center of the print from side to side. Lower left front margin displays small dark smudge marks and faint soiling, and the upper right edge has a small brown stain near the border. Corners and edges show slight softening with a few tiny nicks but no tears or paper loss. Reverse side has general toning, scattered small spots, and several large handwritten pencil letters. Photograph is offered as a single small unmounted and unframed original print only; any brass display stand, handwritten reference slip, or other props visible in the listing images are used solely for scale and presentation and are not included.
