GORGEOUS1930s VOGART Embroidered FRENCH GIRL & FLOWER CART Vintage Pillow Cover
GORGEOUS
TINTED, STAMPED & EMBROIDERED
ANTIQUE 1930's VOGART PILLOW COVER
One of my favorite antique VOGART linens!
Beautiful peasant French girl in front of her flower cart
overflowing with gorgeous summer blooms!
These antique VOGART pieces are becoming harder to find;
especially those that are completed with the embroidery needlework!
They are so lovely with the pastel tinting which is stamped
onto the off white/ivory linen/linen blend pillowslip.
This is the VOGART pattern #541E
Very good condition, especially considering it's age of 85-90 yrs!
There are a few age freckles on the front and back, as shown;
no holes, tears or missing stitches.
Measures 12.5" x 14.5"
Open at one end to insert a pillow form,
so not quite as long once it is sewn up.
It would also be beautiful, as is, in a frame!
Other items shown are not included.
