🔥 WHY THIS LOT IS SPECIALRather than having to hunt down individual issues, this collection provides the entire #0–16 Lady Death run in one purchase.
The run moves through five connected chapters of Lady Death's late-1990s Chaos! Comics saga:
Death Becomes Her → Wicked Ways → The Harrowing → The Covenant → Inferno
The collection also includes artwork from two creators strongly associated with this period of Lady Death: Steven Hughes and Mike Deodato Jr.
The B&W #5 is especially attractive as a display piece because the absence of color showcases Deodato's original linework. Grand Comics Database confirms it as the June 1998 #5 Sketch Variant, with the black-and-white cover penciled and inked by Mike Deodato.
⚔️ #5 BLACK & WHITE SKETCH VARIANTOne of the highlights of this collection is:
Lady Death #5 — The Harrowing Part 1 — Black & White Sketch Variant
Published by Chaos! Comics in June 1998, the variant features a Mike Deodato Jr. black-and-white cover.
The interior story was written by David Quinn, with pencils and inks by Mike Deodato Jr.
Both the regular color #5 and B&W variant are included, allowing the collector to own the two versions side-by-side.
