Lady Death in Lingerie #1, Premium Leather Edition, published by Chaos! Comics in 1995. This collectible specialty edition features a distinctive black leather-textured cover with metallic gold and reddish artwork showcasing Lady Death, one of the most recognizable characters from the independent comic book boom of the 1990s.
This Premium Edition was limited to 10,000 copies, as stated along the bottom of the front cover. Its unusual textured finish and metallic illustration distinguish it from the standard edition and make it an appealing addition to any Lady Death collection.
Created by Brian Pulido and Steven Hughes, Lady Death became a signature character of Chaos! Comics, helping define the publisher’s gothic horror and dark fantasy identity throughout the 1990s.
Lady Death in Lingerie is a specialty pin-up publication celebrating the character through fantasy illustration and artwork. The Premium Leather Edition offers a distinctive collectible presentation, featuring an elegant gold-outline illustration against a dark background.
The cover features Lady Death with flowing hair and elaborate gothic styling, complemented by metallic lettering and artwork. The black textured surface creates a dramatic appearance that differs significantly from conventional glossy comic book covers.

Estimated Very Fine to Near Mint (VF/NM) range based on the supplied front-cover photograph.
The distinctive black leather-textured cover presents attractively, with the metallic gold Lady Death illustration and gothic lettering remaining clearly visible. The dark background provides strong contrast with the metallic artwork, giving the book excellent overall display appeal.
The front cover appears well preserved, with no obvious major tears, missing sections, substantial folds, or significant structural damage visible in the supplied photograph.
The upper and lower edges appear reasonably clean, with minor handling wear or slight corner softness possible. The specialty textured surface shows some visible reflections and variations in appearance that may result from the protective bag, lighting, or the cover material itself.
Light surface scuffing, subtle impressions, or minor handling marks may be present but are difficult to distinguish through the protective plastic. The specialty cover finish can make small imperfections more difficult to evaluate than those on a traditional paper comic cover.
The metallic artwork appears intact from the supplied photograph, although the cover has not been removed from its protective bag for a closer inspection.
The back cover, binding, interior pages, and completeness have not been independently inspected. The estimated condition is based solely on the supplied front-cover photograph and is not a professionally assigned grade.
Please review all supplied photographs carefully for overall condition.
