Longaberger Splint Flower Purple & Yellow
A tall sturdy splint becomes a stem in this springy Splint Flower
Dark purple and yellow splints become loopy petals, while narrower green splints become leaves. A purple splint is centered on the stem
This Flower does not have the Longaberger woodburn or a weaver's initials and date. Longaberger sold similar "button flowers" in 2012, so these may be from that general time.
The creation of the flower bloom and leaves is interesting. Use zoom feature on all photos
Purple and Yellow Splint Flower is 24" tall by 9" w by 2" deep
