🏠 LOT OF 4 — SCHWARTZ’S HOUSE 🏠
Welcome to the home of Schwartz: loyal friend, neighborhood menace, and proof that childhood peer pressure can become a beloved Christmas tradition. Now available as a four-property real estate portfolio. 😈🎄
This listing includes FOUR identical Department 56 Schwartz’s House buildings from A Christmas Story Village. Each handcrafted, hand-painted porcelain house illuminates from within and recreates the modest Hammond, Indiana duplex where absolutely responsible decisions were presumably never made.
🖤 CONDITION:
Brand new and unopened in the original individual Department 56 packaging. These came directly from Department 56 and were stored in our warehouse as overstock.
Boxes range from perfect condition to minor shelf wear caused by storage and handling. The buildings have never been removed or displayed.
Because the boxes remain unopened, the lights and electrical components have not been individually tested. The factory seals live to see another day.
📦 THE DAMAGE:
• 4 identical Schwartz’s House lighted buildings
• Manufacturer-supplied standard light cord and bulb for each
• Enough porch space for several deeply regrettable dares
