Content:"执子之手" is a Chinese phrase that comes from a very famous and romantic ancient Chinese poem. It means "to hold your hand". The pronunciation in Mandarin Chinese is "Zhí zǐ zhī shǒu".
This phrase is often used to express deep affection and the expectation to be with someone forever. For a more complete and romantic translation, this phrase is often seen in the context of the full line of the poem, "执子之手，与子偕老", which translates to "Hold your hand, and grow old with you." It is often used in marriage proposals or wedding vows.
