Description Offered for Sale is this Rare c1920's Hatchet Brand High Grade Ground Coffee Tin, Roasted and Packed by The Twitchell Champlin Co., Portland ME, Boston MA. The company was founded in the late 19th century as a wholesale grocer, specializing in coffee & tea. Their Hatchet Brand Coffee was one of their more notable products. I have been unable to find another can that matches this one exactly but did find a postcard c1910 with the same logo. I would suggest this can to be c1920's based on my investigation. This Vintage Advertising Coffee Can would make a Great Addition to any Vintage / Antique Advertising Collection.Size: Height 5" - Width 4 3/16"
Condition: - Poor to Fair As Is Used Condition. The Can displays scratching, staining, discoloration, rust, tears, advertising losses and an overall dirty used appearance. Please see the pictures to view the condition of the item for yourself.
If for any reason you feel this item was not accurately described in the listing, please contact us and we will gladly refund your money upon return (we pay the shipping for the return). All we ask in return is that if you are unsatisfied for any reason, you give us a chance to rectify the situation before leaving response.
