Rare Vintage Morton Pottery Hen and Chicks ceramic cookie Jarđź‘€:
$78.00
This hard to find vintage Hen and Chicks cookie jar is made by Morton Pottery. Originally produced in the United States around the 1930s to 1940s. It features a hand painted "cold paint" finish with a small baby chick acting as the lid handle and a couple of other chicks tucked under her feather on the sides.I would describe the condition as excellent. The paint has minimal flaking and there are no chips, cracks or heavy crazing in the ceramic glaze.Makes a great gift for Farmhouse decor or a cookie jar collector.
