AI Internet Prompt Information:This antique teacup and saucer set is crafted from fine French Limoges porcelain, specifically manufactured by the renowned factory Tressemanes & Vogt (T&V). The purple/pink bell stamp containing the letters "T.V." was used by the Tressemanes & Vogt factory as a decorator mark. This particular variant of the bell stamp dates the production of the porcelain decoration to circa 1907–1919. The secondary text stamped beneath the bell reveals its retail and import history: The E.B. Taylor Co. was a prominent, high-end china, glass, and earthenware importer and retailer located in Richmond, Virginia. During the late 19th and early 20th centuries, upscale department stores and specialty shops across the United States frequently commissioned elite European porcelain factories to stamp their store names directly onto the blanks for an exclusive custom offering.
