This pouch is a component of the SPEAR ELCS (Special Operations Forces Personal Equipment Advanced Requirements / Equipment Load Carrying Subsystem) andbuilt specifically to meet the grueling demands of elite units like Navy SEALs and Army Special Forces.
This carrier represents a time when rugged ballistic nylon and heavy-duty craftsmanship were the absolute baseline for survival in theater. While it is engineered as a rock-solid home for a standard 2-quart collapsible canteen, seasoned operators and modern kit-builders know these large-format pouches are incredibly versatile. It serves beautifully as a heavy-duty general-purpose utility pouch, a drop-pouch for spent magazines, or an expanded sustainment pocket on your rucksack.Features:
- MOLLE Integration:Heavy-duty rear strapping allows seamless attachment to ELCS vest panels, modern PALS webbing, battle belts, or assault packs.
- Secure Closure: The main flap is secured by a rugged, adjustable black polymer quick-release buckle to ensure your gear stays put, no matter the movement.
- Front Utility Pocket: A hook-and-loop closure pocket on the front face provides instant access to water purification tablets, matches, or small tools.
- Drainage:Three heavy-gauge bottom brass grommets keeps water from pooling during foul weather or amphibious operations.
