"A Mother is Love"
Vintage Linen SweetHeart Pillow
From the SweetHeart Pillow Collection
at VINTAGE LINEN CREATIONS
A simple, yet oh soooo sweet
heart shaped pillow
created from a snowy white all cotton
textured matelasse salvaged from an old-fashioned
four poster bed coverlet linen....
truly Sweet Simplicity!!!
Layered upon this is a stunning vintage hanky
embroidered with pink carnations and the charming sentiment
“ A Mother is Love ”
and trimmed with a delicate hand crocheted scalloped pink lace.
A vintage lucite ball button in a very pale transparent pink
with many facets dangles from the very tip
to add just a bit of girly glam to this little treasure!
The envelope style back was created from a
chic little vintage Laura Ashley print which has been
long discontinued and so perfect in powder pink
with heart shaped cameos of pink tea roses.
This little treasure measures
10" high x 14" across.
