Vintage Mid-Century Spun Cotton & Tulle Christmas Choir Boy Ornaments / Figurines - Set of 3
These nostalgic 1950’s holiday figures feature hand-painted spun cotton heads, posable chenille pipe-cleaner arms, and layered red and white wire-trimmed nylon tulle robes accented with ribbon bows. The delicate nylon tulle robes show very minor if any age-related wear. The painted details and glitter on the heads remain visible but show minor fading or aging. All three figures are stable on their wooden bases. They show the beautiful, authentic patina of 70-year-old holiday decorations.
A wonderful addition to any mid-century kitsch collection, retro Christmas tree, or traditional holiday Putz village display!
4” height.
They stand on their own gold painted bases and double as freestanding tabletop displays or as tree ornaments.
Marked Japan on bottom.
Excellent Gently Used Condition. Age related marks on face (see photos). No odors.
