A charming vintage English china plate by T.F. & S. Ltd (Thomas Forester & Sons), featuring delicate gold floral decoration, double gilt rings and a gently shaped square edge.

The backstamp reads "Made in England – A – T.F. & S. Ltd". Thomas Forester & Sons was a Staffordshire pottery manufacturer, and the "A" marking is associated with the British wartime pottery concentration scheme, placing this piece in the WWII era.

A lovely small decorative plate for display, a vintage china collection or layered into a traditional country interior.
