Vintage Amazing Hand-Crafted Hand-Blown Art Glass Green CHRISTMAS TREE~7”inch OOAKAn incredible Art Glass Tree. It seems to made of hundreds of tiny pieces of glass, Leaving crevices and spaces. I am not a glass expert, so I am having a hard time describing it. The tree is all these different size pieces of glass, twisting and turning, the trunk is a heavier more solid glass in multiple shades of brown. It has a hole in the bottom that I fed the fairy lights into. A remarkable piece.I never saw another like it, Definitely One of A Kind.
I put the fairly lights inside to light it just enough and shine through the open spaces. I bought this in a small gallery in New Hope Pa about 20 years ago. The gallery owner told me that it was done by a local glass artist and that she was just experimenting with the two pieces she did. She had also done a Santa Claus but that had sold already.
It is just about 7 inches high but weighs about 2 lbs.
In Excellent condition
Please look at the Pictures, they are part ofthe description. I have more pictures
