Please see video and photos for the condition.It does not run for more than a few seconds. A quick examination leads me to suspect that the spring may be bindingand might be the main cause of the problem. It definitely needs cleaned and reoiled.The chime mechanism half seems to function though.The springs are not broken.The bearings do not look overly worn.The key fits.I believe that the pendulum is original to this movement.
I built that wood stand because, how else to look a movement over?It is just scrap wood and thrown together.
