This beautiful Hollywood Regency / Renaissance Revival era set features two individual, heavy solid brass chimeras. Each creature holds two standard taper candle bobeches on elegant scalloped flower-petal pans—one supported by the griffin's mouth and the other by its curved tail.

The structural brass work on both griffins is entirely solid, straight, and stable with no cracks, repairs, or broken weld points. The metal exhibits a gorgeous, uniform natural aged golden patina with minor light oxidation spots and faint wax residue in the cups typical of authentic estate display items. They can be polished to a mirror shine if desired, but are being sold with their beautiful original vintage character.
