Being offered is a vintage Navajo Indian, hand woven, wool, rug textile or weaving. These were typical called a throw or hung on a wall. The rug has 3 Yei figures with corn stalks. The rug does show age related wearing in places. The rug has an off white or cream colored dyed wool. There is soiling in places places probably a result of decades of dust getting caught in the weave. There are areas of slight separation of the weave in places but the weave remains intact. There are a few edge pulls at the selvage but nothing affecting the weave and the rug remains tight with no frays or tears. The rug is approx. 34 1/2" by 18".
