This is a vintage set of two Nissan Fairlady Z "Shitajiki" (Japanese plastic pencil boards / desk mats).
These are unique vintage Japanese automotive collectibles and are especially appealing to JDM enthusiasts, Nissan fans, Fairlady Z collectors, and collectors of vintage Japanese car memorabilia.
These items were distributed free of charge as souvenirs and commemorative gifts to local elementary school students who visited Nissan Shatai factories during school field trips (factory tours).
They were associated with factory tours at Nissan Shatai, including the Shonan Plant in Hiratsuka, Kanagawa, Japan, which was a major Nissan Shatai manufacturing facility.
