The front features an elaborate hand-decorated Mexican folk-art scene with birds, cactus, village architecture, palm-like foliage, and dense crosshatched petatillo-style background decoration in earthy black, rust, cream, and blue tones.
The reverse is hand-marked:

The charger also has an attached wire hanger on the reverse for wall display.
Vintage pre-owned condition with age-related surface wear, rubbing, and finish loss. There is a prominent chip/loss to the decorated front surface about 1/3", with exposed underlying pottery, as shown clearly in the close-up photo. Additional smaller areas of wear are present throughout. Please review all photos closely for condition and details.
