Vintage Merchants Box Company kitchen recipe box. This one actually held the couples history of their lifetime household purchases. I believe the date stamped in the box is 1962 and it looks to be oak wood with dovetail joints. The hinges are large and look to be brass. It is very solid and in very good condition with some very light wear. It measures 5 3/4" x 4 1/2" x 4".- I ship my items daily and have a one day shipping policy that I cannot break so I am sorry but I cannot delay your shipping once you have paid for your item.
