RARE 1968 Xerox 2400 Key Operator Training Portfolio — complete original set given to Janice Miller at Del Amo Financial Center, Torrance, CA!

This is the full welcome packet Xerox provided when employees were certified as Key Operators on their revolutionary new 2400 duplicator. Includes:

✅ Xerox 2400 Key Operator Certificate (dated Nov 21, 1968) — signed by Barbara E.

✅ Xerox 420 Key Operator Certificate (dated April 9, 1969) — signed by Cynthia Allison

✅ “Dear Key Operator” welcome letter with local Xerox contact numbers (Sales 542-4311, Service 686-0171, etc.)

✅ Pink “What Can You Copy with the Xerox 2400?” illustrated brochure — fun cartoons showing letters, memos, engineering drawings, tax returns, orders, charts & graphs, etc. (hand-annotated)

✅ Xerox Inter-Office Memorandum demo sheet on pre-printed forms — shows how the 2400 copies forms perfectly with no adjustments

All pieces are original 1968–1969 Xerox Corporation documents with classic gold borders, blue ink, and period typography. Excellent vintage condition — clean, flat, minor storage wear only (see all photos).

Historical context: The Xerox 2400 (introduced 1966) was a breakthrough high-volume plain-paper copier/duplicator. These training materials were issued only to the actual operators who ran the machines in corporate offices. Super scarce survival rate — especially as a complete matched set for the same person and same company.

Perfect for:

• Xerox / office machine collectors & restorers

• 1960s corporate Americana / business memorabilia

• Mid-century design & ephemera fans

• Anyone who loves vintage tech history

The certificates are not in perfect condition, have some corner bends, and edge wear. Please see photos for a better idea of condition. These would look good framed up.

Ships flat & protected in a rigid mailer from [your location]. All original — no reproductions.
