Vtg 1960’s MCM Lucite Resin Quail Figurine Pair Opalescent Iridescent Teal Blue:
$49.22
Up for sale is a beautiful, highly collectible pair of vintage Mid-Century Modern (MCM) molded lucite resin quail bird figurines, dating circa 1960s–1970s.
These striking retro pieces feature a rare and unusual "oil slick" coloration—a smoky, semi-translucent teal blue with a gorgeous iridescent/opalescent shimmer running through the plastic. When back-lit, they shift beautifully from steel blue to dusty teal, showcasing the intricately molded feather details. They have flat, unpolished, un-marked bases typical of vintage resin collectibles from this era.
