Vtg Lenwile Ardalt Pink Gold Fan Crescent Trinket Dishes Japan Moriage PRISTINE:
$29.99
Up for sale is a gorgeous matching pair of vintage porcelain fan-shaped trinket or vanity dishes produced by Lenwile Ardalt (Japan). These striking pieces feature a soft, matte blush pink ground beautifully accented by six heavily encrusted matte-gold banners per dish. Intricate, raised three-dimensional porcelain floral bouquets and delicate gold scrollwork frame the interior borders. When placed together, they curve elegantly to form a beautiful segmented semi-circle or geometric vanity arrangement. Perfect for holding jewelry, rings, or acting as decorative catch-alls on a dresser top.Note on Manufacturer Marks:Please see the photos of the unglazed bottoms. The original red-and-gold foil paper import labels have worn away over the years. However, these pieces are guaranteed authentic, matching the iconic mid-century design and shape manufactured exclusively by Ardalt Lenwile.Condition:Both dishes are in pristine, collector-grade vintage condition. Earthenware and porcelain pieces with high-relief details are notoriously fragile, but this pair is completely free of chips, flea bites, hairline cracks, or repairs. The raised flower petals are 100% intact. The heavy gold leaf gilding is remarkably bright with no signs of thinning, rubbing, or oxidation.Shipping Details:Due to the delicate nature of the raised porcelain flowers, this pair will be meticulously wrapped in layers of premium bubble wrap and safely boxed to ensure the delicate porcelain reliefs arrive safely. Ships promptly from a clean, smoke-free home.
