Polar Bear Flour was a type of Kansas wheat flour produced and promoted by the New Era Milling Co. beginning in the early 20th century.
Historical Note: Flour was traditionally sold in large cloth sacks that in the depression were often printed with flowers or patterns so families could later then cut up and re-use to sew clothing, towels, etc.
