〜Products〜
This is a new product.
The name “Dream Ballpoint Pen JINPU” comes from the spiral
staircase of “Jinpukaku,” a French Renaissance-style Western-style
building located in the ruins of Tottori Castle.
Okagaki, the president of Wancher, first encountered the spiral
staircase of “Jinpukaku” when he was a child.
The spiral staircase, made of stacked thick boards, had a strong and
mysterious impact on him, and he has been fascinated by the beauty
of the spiral ever since.
It is said that people are attracted to the beauty of spirals because of
the "golden ratio in nature.
The golden ratio is the ratio that people find most beautiful, and it
follows the Fibonacci sequence.
The spiral shape of tubular sunflowers, pine cones, ammonites, and
even the double helix of human DNA are called the “curve of life”
because of their logarithmic spirals.
Inspired by the beauty of spirals, Wancher has completed
a Japanese-made ballpoint pen with beautiful spiral carvings by
combining the metalworking technology used in the production of
fine Japanese pens, the woodworking technology of classical
musical instruments, and the sterling silver processing technology of
Kyoto, Japan.
