A pre 1900 to 1920 small octagon wristlet or dance purse. It has a metal body and hangs from a black cord with a tassel at the bottom. There are no makers mark and I don't know the metal content. The inside looks like a gold wash and inside the lid is scratched the number 24 in very fine numbers. If you look closely at the pictures you can see it.
