South CarolinaThis Indenture made the seventeenth day of January in the year of our Lord onethousand seven hundred and ninety two. Attached Survey dated 1767.Between Thomas Radcliffe of the Parish of Prince William in the County of Yorkin the Province of South Carolina and
Hannah Radcliffe his wife of the one part and Thomas Pace of the Parish ofSaint Bartholomew in the said Province Planter
of the other part Whereas Richard Pace late of the Parish of Saint Bartholomewaforesaid Planter being seized in his
demesne as of fee of and in one hundred acres of land situate in the saidParish and being so seized did on the third day
of May in the year of our Lord one thousand seven hundred and sixty among otherthings by his last will and testament
duly made and executed in writing bearing date the third day of May in the yearof our Lord one thousand seven hundred
and sixty devise the said one hundred acres of land unto his children begottenby his wife Hannah Pace to be equally
divided between them share and share alike after the decease of his wife HannahPace leaving his said wife Hannah Pace
his Executrix and guardian of his said children And Whereas the said HannahPace the widow of the said Richard Pace
hath since departed this life leaving issue two children namely [torn]

presents the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged have and each of them hathbargained sold aliened released and
confirmed and by these presents do and each of them doth bargain sell alienrelease and confirm unto the said Thomas Pace

Parish of Saint Bartholomew in the said Province of South Carolina on the southside of Edisto River and butting and
bounding to the east on land formerly laid out to William Brooker and to thesouth on land of the said Thomas Pace and

with all and singular the houses buildings fences gardens woods ways waterswatercourses profits commodities
