Extraordinary collection of thirty-six (36), “VERY RARE” photos, highlighting early testing of spacecraft capsule, boilerplate flights, escape system, flotation, parachute deployment, recovery systems, seaworthiness, splashdown, training, water landing. Official, genuine, period specific, press publicity, public affairs-information office (PAO) photos in poor to fair condition. Folder size approx. 9” x 12” in poor condition, book size approx 8” x 10” in fair condition. Lot sold as is.
