2~VTG (Likely) Murano Glass Trinket Trays Purple/White/Pink Millefiori 4.5” & 3” squareMatched set. Really nice. No chips or cracks noted. See pics selling as is. I believe they are Venetian Glass Italy Murano Millefiori Multicolor Fused Glass Trinket trays. No sticker or signature but determined maker through quality of fused glass, sold listings and other similar item for sale from authentic retailer. Measures approximately 4.5” and 3”across. From AI:The object in the image appears to be a handcrafted Murano glass trinket dish or small tray, featuring vibrant Millefiori (thousand flowers) murrine accents. This piece is likely from a line such as Linea Casanova or Linea Murano, which are known for their "onda" (wavy) edge design and fused glass construction. • Material: Hand-fused VenetianMurano glass, often characterized by small bubbles trapped within the layers.
• Technique: It uses the Murrina technique, where cross-sections of glass canes with floral patterns are fused into the main body.
• Function: These items are commonly used as decorative
"svuotatasche" (pocket emptiers), trinket dishes for jewelry, or small serving plates.
• Origin: Often marked with a
"Made in Italy" or "Murano Glass" sticker. No sticker on these or other markings. Related Items:
