Photo 2: German Flak / Observation Tower
Front: A high-angle shot of a tall, reinforced concrete water tower and observation structure.
Inscription: "antwerp, Belgium 1945. a flak tower built by the Germans as a lookout tower. This one is at least 75 feet high. 134"
