Alan Shepard ROOKIE CARD 1961 Chocolates Simon 25 Años Spain EXTREMELY RARE RC:
$75.00
Without question, THE TRUE ALAN B SHEPARD ROOKIE CARD. This EXTREMELY SCARCE 1961 ISSUE FROM SPAIN is RARELY offered and easily PREDATES ANY OTHER CARD EVER PRODUCED of this iconic legendary Astronaut!
It's usually glued into The Chocolates Simon Album 25 AÑOS DE VIDA MUNDIAL which in and of itself is INCREDIBLY DIFFICULT TO FIND COMPLETE AND INTACT!
This timeless and iconic image of the Late Great NASA LEGEND early on in his AEROSPACE CAREER is next to impossible to find offered as a single relic.
With an incredibly LOW POP by any standards, PSA has only slabbed ONE TOTAL!
An AMAZING and historical political relic. Aesthetically very appealing front. Unfortunately it suffers the same demise as all the rest that have been wrestled from their 1961 Albums! The reverse is in POOR CONDITION WITH GLUE RESIDUE! Please see pictures.
The good news, it doesn't appear to have any paper loss. All the text on the reverse is 100% intact and legible. There is no album paper covering up any of the text. Incredibly sharp corners! Perfectly centered! This just has to be one of the best examples?
You will receive the EXACT card that is pictured.
The 1964 Album 3 Años de vida mundial features the desirable rookie cards of Cassius Clay, Martin Luther King Jr and The Beatles but I do believe the 1961 Album 25 Años de vida mundial is a little bit harder to come by in UNDAMAGED CONDITION. It's highlighted by the ROOKIE CARDS of JFK, FIDEL CASTRO, and NASA Astronaut, ALAN SHEPARD to name a few!
