The watch features an open face, lever escapement type, and a white/multicoloured border dial with Roman numerals.Excellent cosmetic and working condition. Hallmarked inside the back cover. With key. Beautiful enamelling on the face with stunning colours. Predominantly white face with black hands and black Roman Numerals. Open face. Lever closure. Ticks when wound, but no testing as to accuracy of time keeping. Sold as seen. No original packaging with this item.The silver case is polished and has a snap case back. The watch is a luxury style with easy-to-read/large numerals, enamelled and a 12-hour dial. The watch is a mechanical (manual) movement, with an ornate key, and was manufactured between 1881-1933 in Switzerland by Biene.
