Antique 1924 Royal Masonic Institution for Girls Steward’s Jewel This detailed Masonic charity medal has a cream ribbon suspended from a crown-topped pin bar reading “STEWARD 1924.” The hanging jewel features a crowned coat of arms with blue, red and white enamel, figures on either side, and banners reading “ROYAL MASONIC INSTITUTION,” “LOYAL,” “BRAVE,” and “FOR GIRLS.”
Marks and detailsThe reverse of the jewel bears British silver hallmarks and maker marks, including “C.W.&S” and “C. WEEDEN & SONS LONDON E.C.” The pin fitting is marked “SAFETY PIN FITTING” and “ALL METAL.”
