Victorian Wood "Faux" Mantel Clock Safe with Spoon Carving Decoration. 16 1/4" across/ 8 1/2" deep; 12 1/2" tall. When you move the wood hands to "12" the safe will open.A small peg is attached to the hands and releases to letthe door open. Additionally there is a small area at the very bottom that is an extra hiding spot. You must remove the door to access it.
The piece was refinished in the 1970's. Unique Victorian Novelty Piece.
