Gold-Bearing Quartz Ore Specimen — 8 Grams — Sierra Nevada, California
A small, bright, hand-collected quartz specimen with visible metallic mineralization set into the crystalline face. White to cream quartz with natural iron oxide staining through the fractures, and crystalline pockets that catch light as the piece is turned.
At 8 grams this is a true thumbnail-to-small-cabinet piece — the kind you can hold up to a loupe and see everything at once. Video included so you can watch the metallic points flash under natural light.
Highlights
• Visible metallic mineralization in crystalline quartz
• Natural iron staining and vuggy texture
• Never cut, tumbled, polished, or treated
• Filmed and photographed in natural sunlight, no filters or enhancement
• Affordable entry into California gold-country specimen collecting
