Heisey crystal trumpet vase, featuring a tall flared form with molded vertical panels, substantial clear glass, and a distinctive sculptural lobed rim. A faint Diamond H trademark molded into the glass identifies it as the work of A. H. Heisey & Company, the celebrated American glassmaker that operated in Newark, Ohio from 1896 to 1957. The Heisey glass is mounted in an ornate cast metal pedestal base decorated with flowing floral, foliate, and shell-inspired relief characteristic of Art Nouveau and Victorian-influenced decorative metalwork. Dating approximately to the early 20th century, circa 1900s–1920s, with the glass made in Newark, Ohio, this unusual combination of Heisey glass and decorative metalwork makes an impressive antique flower vase, centerpiece, or display piece. Good antique condition with minor wear and patina consistent with age and use.
