MCM Ceramic Decanter & Stopper • Turquoise Purple Gold Marbled Drip Glaze eVIC:
$175.00
Mid-century modern ceramic decanter with stopper. The glaze is a marbled drip blend of turquoise, purple, and gold, the kind of combination that reads as intentional and handcrafted. Pre-owned, used-like-new condition. This is a statement piece for a bar cart, shelf, or display. The MCM style and multicolor drip glaze put it squarely in the art pottery tradition of the era. The decanter's base label reads "EVIC" (or stylized as eVIC).This stands for EVIC Group, an industrial materials company established in the mid-20th century (1951). During the mid-to-late century era, EVIC specialized in formulating and manufacturing specialized industrial coatings, custom metallic lustres, and technical glass/ceramic glazes#MCM #ArtPottery #Decanter #MidCenturyModern #CeramicDecanter #DrapeGlaze Related Items:
