Sefer Gufei Halachot | The New Mishnah Berurah | Rabbi Yehoshua Heshel Wallhendler
A rare and unique sefer focusing on the laws of Niddah, authored by Rabbi Yehoshua Heshel Wallhendler. The sefer is structured similarly to the Mishnah Berurah by the Chafetz Chaim, including Biur Halacha and Shaarei Tzion. Additionally, the author included his own work, Mishnat Sofrim, with original chiddushim (novellae).
Upon its initial release, several Lithuanian rabbis expressed opposition to the use of the title "Mishnah Berurah." In the second edition, the author responded, explaining that other seforim with similar titles also exist, such as Machatzit HaShekel on the Shulchan Aruch.
