Phil was a producer and writer, known for The Magical World of Disney (1954), 100 Years of the Hollywood Western (1994) and Donald Duck's 50th Birthday (1984)

Im excellent almost new condition. Looks like it never been worn/washed. It does look like it has sun fading from being on display.
