St Charles IL Hotel Baker China Sugar Bowl Native American Double Faced VTG 1926:
$50.00
Most likely part of the original order of china for the hotel.
Stands just under 3.5" tall.
It was made by the Scammell's China Co. with their "Lamberton China" backstamp. This particular "Art-Deco" logo was only used for a short time in the late 1920's to early 1930's, which would also connect it to part of the original order of china.
S-L-19 – The Art Deco influence can be seen in this mark that uses the letters to form a curved design. It appears on pieces back- stamped “1926,” as well as on an early 1930s piece made for the Paramount Hotel in New York City
