Authentic Piece of Vintage Mid Century Tobacciana by Fairfax - Solid Wood 4 Pipe Sailboat Stand (Please Note Pipes NOT INCLUDED)
This is a great piece that has its original red and gold foil factory sticker on the underside. Masterfully carved with organic lines that are typical of mid century aesthetics. The stand takes on the unique stylized profile of a sailing vessel - the central vertical support forms the geometric "sails" while the recessed oval bast acts as the boat's "hull"
It safely rests four standard tobacco pipes holding them in a beautifly upright for display position. Again Pipes are NOT INCLUDED - Display only
Please note that this piece has normal vintage patina, including noticeable surface finish wear inside the circular tray area where the canister jar once rested.
Are you looking for a handsome functional display to rotate your daily favorites in? Or a mid century modern enthusiast searching for that perfect organic wood accent to style a retro home or office desk. Maybe the maritime lover in you is looking for the nautical decor that this Fairfax sailboat gives! Either way it is a standout conversation piece that bridges classic tobacciana history and vintage design!
Please Note - The item for sale is the wooden Fairfax stand ONLY. The smoking pipes shown in the example photo are for scale and demonstration purposes and are not included in this listing
Please note that all vintage antique or secondhand items will have some level of wear - even if it is small
Your order will always be packaged with great care!
