Vintage 1989 Ralph Lauren SAFARI Three For One Gift Set Women COSMAIR Spray:
$220.00
Up for sale is an incredibly rare, authentic vintage 1989 Ralph Lauren Safari "Three for One" Collection gift set for women. Distributed by Cosmair, Inc. NY, this features the highly coveted original formulation.
The outer box has been unsealed, but the entire set is brand new, completely unused, and has never been tested, sprayed, or applied.
Set Includes:
• 1x Eau de Parfum Purse Spray / Refillable (.68 fl. oz. / 20 ml) - Batch Code: 112 (features 1989 Cosmair text on base sticker)
• 1x Climate Response Gentle Body Shampoo (75 ml / 2.5 fl. oz.) - Batch Code: B24
• 1x Climate Response Body Lotion (75 ml / 2.5 fl. oz.) - Batch Code: C24
Condition Notes & Natural Evaporation:
The outer presentation box shows light shelf wear from age but remains structurally sound. Please note that due to the vintage nature of this 35+ year old collector's item, there is minor, natural evaporation at the very top of the glass spray flacon (clearly visible in photos when standing upright). When inverted, the liquid fills out perfectly, confirming it is unsprayed and simply subject to minor age-related expansion and vapor loss over time.
Important Product Disclaimers:
1. Product Integrity & Scent Profile: Because this is a vintage collectible product from 1989, the integrity, consistency, and exact scent profile of the companion body lotion and body shampoo cannot be guaranteed for modern cosmetic use. Over time, original formulas can naturally separate or change in consistency. This set is being sold strictly as a rare, vintage fragrance collectible.
2. Formulations: This is the original vintage Cosmair formulation, which contains an ingredient profile distinct from later reformulated retail versions. Please purchase with the understanding of what vintage Safari smells like.
Shipping Regulations:
Ships safely via USPS Ground Advantage only. Due to strict postal regulations regarding liquid, alcohol-based fragrances, this item must travel via surface transport and cannot be shipped overnight, via air transit, or to international destinations.
