Item Description: EVEL KNIEVEL METAL LUNCHBOXAND PLASTIC THERMOS from Aladdin Industries 1974. This rare R-4 kit features scenes andcharacters of arguably America’s most famous daredevil. Incredible design and art by AL freelancer JohnHenry (of Flintstones and Tarzan fame).Main panels depict Evel Knievel in one of his classic stacked car jumpson the front - and his most famous jump of the Snake River Canyon which heattempted on September 8, 1974, in the steam powered “Skycycle X-2” on theback. Great use of color and action –and an absolute classic Americana collectible and must-have for any EvelKnievel fan! You would be hard-pressedto find a nicer example.

Condition: Box and thermos arecomplete and correct (including the original wire thermos holder). Box lithos are clean and glossy throughout the main front and rear panels - with no blemishes to the raised areas so typical with these vintage embossed boxes. Side panels are also clean and glossy. Clean rims with only minor shelf wear - with no corner dents or dimples. Inside of box is clean overall with light blemishes and rubbings on lid - with no previous owner markings. Metal hardware is nice and shiny. Box in overall Excellent Plus C-8.5 condition. Thermos decals are very clean and glossy throughout - in overall Near Mint C-9 condition.
