Vintage Frederic Chopin Composer Bust - Cream Alabaster / Resin, About 5"
Vintage bust of the composer Frederic Chopin, about 5 inches tall. It is cream-colored Italian-style bonded alabaster/resin, similar to the A. Santini busts. No maker's mark has been confirmed, so I'm not claiming any maker. "CHOPIN" is molded on the front of the base.
Good vintage condition with crisp detail in the hair, face and jacket. There is a small reddish mark on the hair near the ear, on the right side as you face the bust; you can see it in the photos. Other than that and normal light age wear, I see no chips or cracks.
A nice piece for a piano, music room, studio, or a gift for a pianist, music teacher or classical music fan. Please see all photos, which are part of the description.
Carefully packed and shipped with tracking.
