REGENS is visible on the base and the included paper insert reads MADE IN U.S.A. Used lighter with scratches, rubbed chrome-color finish, dark spotting and oxidation around fittings and recesses. Fuel and lighting function have not been tested. The red box has edge wear, scuffs, corner deterioration and ink markings; the paper insert shows wear.
